5. Approvals & Documentation – We Handle the Red Tape
Navigating council approvals and documentation can be overwhelming—but not with us. We take care of everything: from lodging plans and dealing with council or certifiers, to coordinating engineering and compliance requirements. You stay informed without the stress.

6. Construction Phase – With You Every Step
Now the build begins. Brendan leads the construction process with a sharp eye for detail and quality, supported by weekly progress meetings and milestone updates. You’ll always know what’s happening on-site, what’s next, and how the project is tracking.

7. Quality Assurance – Finishing With Confidence
Before handover, we carry out a detailed inspection and final walkthrough to make sure every finish, fixture, and feature is up to our high standards—and yours. Any final touch-ups are addressed quickly and thoroughly before move-in.

8. Move-In Ready – Handover & Ongoing Support
The big day arrives! You’ll receive a full handover pack with all the documentation, warranties, and care instructions you need. Plus, we don’t disappear—we’ll check in after you’ve settled in to ensure everything is running smoothly and you’re loving your new home.
